Gregory A. Frank's practice focuses on complex class action litigation specializing in securities, antitrust, and consumer fraud actions.
Mr. Frank received an A.B from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center. At Georgetown, Mr. Frank was a member of The Tax Lawyer, published by the American Bar Association Section on Taxation and edited by Georgetown Law. Mr. Frank also served as research assistant to Professor Donald Langevoort, analyzing trends in late-timing mutual fund litigation, securities regulation in the European Union, and the fiduciary responsibilities of stock brokers. Previously, Mr. Frank interned for the Division of Enforcement of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board conducting Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
