SCOTT H. LEVY, an associate, was admitted to the bars of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2006. He received a B.A. degree in History in 2001 from the University of California at Berkeley and received a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2005. His primary area of practice is securities class action litigation.
