Katherine Smith’s practice focuses on complex class action litigation specializing in consumer fraud, antitrust, and securities actions. Ms. Smith, an associate, was admitted to the bars of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2008. She received a B.S. from Boston University in 2003 and earned her J.D. from the New York Law School in 2007. Prior to joining MURRAY FRANK LLP, Ms. Smith was employed by the City of New York, assigned to the Special Federal Litigation Division, where she served as the sole litigator in numerous cases in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
