Benjamin Bianco was admitted to the bar of the State of New York in 2003. Mr. Bianco's practice focuses on complex class action litigation specializing in antitrust, securities, and consumer fraud actions.

Prior to joining Murray, Frank & Sailer LLP in September 2010, Mr. Bianco spent the last two and half years in the civil prosecution of antitrust and securities fraud class actions at Labaton Sucharow LLP. Before joining Labaton in March 2008, Mr. Bianco spent over 5 years practicing complex commercial litigation--including numerous antitrust and securities actions in state and Federal courts, before the Securities and Exchange Commission, and international arbitration panels--at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Sidley Austin LLP.

Mr. Bianco received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and B.A. from Gonzaga University. At Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Bianco was Vice-President of the Moot Court Honor Society and a member of the Journal of Law and Policy.
